1. Appointment Scheduling:

We’re here to make scheduling easy and flexible for you! You can book your appointment in advance by phone or online. For those last-minute needs, we’ll do our best to accommodate same-day appointments based on availability. To ensure you have a smooth experience, we provide a one-hour arrival window for our mobile grooming services. If you won’t be home during your pet's grooming, feel free to arrange to leave a key on file or share a garage/door code with us.

2. Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us a minimum of 48 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If we receive less than 48 hours' notice, a $40 fee will apply. If it’s within 12 hours, we’ll need to charge 50% of the service cost. To maintain our availability for all customers, frequent cancellations (3 or more within 9 months) or frequent no shows (2 or more within 4 months) may lead to a pause or termination of service. For no shows, if you’re not available during the arrival window or your dog cannot be groomed, a 50% fee will be applied.

3. Payment:

We accept multiple payment options, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. For your convenience, we ask that you keep a credit card on file. Rest assured, your card won’t be charged until the service is complete and you’ve approved the payment.

4. Health and Safety:

Your pet’s health and safety are our top priorities. Please ensure that your dog is up-to-date on vaccinations and free from any contagious illnesses before the appointment. If any aggressive behavior is observed, we may need to reconsider future services to keep everyone safe.

5. Customer Behavior:

We’re committed to treating you and your pets with respect, and we ask the same in return. Any behavior that puts our groomers at risk will lead to an immediate termination of the session and possible discontinuation of future services.

6. Equipment and Environment:

We take cleanliness seriously! All grooming equipment is thoroughly sanitized between appointments to ensure a safe environment for your pet. For mobile services, we kindly ask for access to a suitable space like a driveway or parking area to perform our grooming services efficiently.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee:

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you’re not completely happy with your pet’s grooming, please let us know within 48 hours. We’ll arrange for our groomer to revisit and make any necessary adjustments. Please note that we do not offer refunds for haircuts where there was an agreement on the style or if a follow-up correction is declined.
